Following package instructions, glue glass candle stick to the center of a glass plate. I used an in-door out-door glue for mosaics. It dried clear and was made for gluing glass to glass. Let piece dry over night.
Cut, shape and twist chenille stems into the form of a hand. Make sure the armature or base for the hand will fit inside the glue you are using.
