Find a small doll such as a Polly Pocket along with an outfit for the doll.   Pull the doll apart: legs, arms, head.  Dress the torso of the doll in the outfit.
Poke a hole through the arms at the shoulder, the legs at the hip and the top of the doll’s head.  I used the sharp point of a metal compass, but a sharp craft knife will work as well.  Make sure the necklace’s chain will be easily inserted through the body parts.  Also make a hole through the doll’s torso at the shoulders (where arms use to be).  This is a bit harder to do than the doll, but it can be done.   Slide an arm, leg, doll’s torso, head, leg and last arm onto the necklace’s chain and you’re done.
