Not long ago I found a stash of doll curlers and hair clips and wondered what I could do with them. So I came up with this necklace.
With your pliers open an O ring (found in most craft stores in their jewelry isle) and slip if through the curlers top tab or hole in hair clip.
Add one O ring to it and close your first O ring to secure. Take another O ring and slip it into your second O ring and a link on your necklace.
